ICF DELIVERY STAGES - Προκατασκευασμένα σπίτια | Προκατ

At Androulakis Prefabricated Houses, we have created 3 different delivery-construction stages for those of our customers who do not wish to receive their residence at a completed stage. You have the option to have your residence delivered at either semi-completed stage A or B and continue its completion yourself, adjusting your costs and expanding your choices of individual materials.

STAGE A

Completed exterior residence

Urban planning study based on the approved architectural plans
Architectural Design
3D design of the house & surrounding area
Issuance of Building Permit
Supervision of the project at all stages (earthworks-foundation-basement of the house-surrounding area-project delivery)
External masonry with ICF Smart Form Technology by ANDROULAKIS, externally plastered, internally without plasterboards (for fire resistance)
Roof, insulated and waterproofed with ANDROULAKIS Technology
Intermediate floor (in multi-story buildings), soundproofed and waterproofed with ANDROULAKIS Technology
Internal or external staircase (where applicable)
Covered outdoor areas, balconies, pergolas, where applicable, without tile coatings

Not included in Stage A, only upon agreement:

External window frames, aluminum EUROPA thermally broken or PVC REHAU, White color, with double energy glass 4 seasons, screens in all areas & aluminum roller shutters with thermal break in the bedrooms.

STAGE B

Erection of residence with electrical-plumbing installations
