DELIVERY STAGES ICF

At Androulakis Prefabricated Homes, we have created three (3) different construction and delivery stages for clients who do not wish to receive their residence in a fully completed stage.

There is the possibility to deliver the residence at unfinished Stage A or B and for you to continue its completion, or to deliver it fully completed.

You can choose the delivery stage based on the works you wish to complete yourself, adjusting your costs and expanding the options for individual materials.

STAGE A

Complete exterior residence

Urban planning study based on the approved architectural plans
Architectural Design
3D design of the house & surrounding area
Issuance of Building Permit
Supervision of the project at all stages (earthworks-foundation-basement of the house-surrounding area-project delivery)
External masonry with ICF Smart Form Technology by ANDROULAKIS, externally plastered, internally without plasterboards (for fire resistance)
Roof, insulated and waterproofed with ANDROULAKIS Technology
Intermediate floor (in multi-story buildings), soundproofed and waterproofed with ANDROULAKIS Technology
Internal or external staircase (where applicable)
Covered outdoor areas, balconies, pergolas, where applicable, without tile coatings

Not included in Stage A, only upon agreement:

External window frames, aluminum EUROPA thermally broken or PVC REHAU, White color, with double energy glass 4 seasons, screens in all areas & aluminum roller shutters with thermal break in the bedrooms.

STAGE B

Erection of residence with electrical-plumbing istallations

Urban planning study based on the approved architectural plans
Architectural Design
3D design of the house & surrounding area
Issuance of Building Permit
Supervision of the project at all stages (earthworks-foundation-basement of the house-surrounding area-project delivery)

STAGE C

Fully Equipped Residence

Architectural design

External masonry with ICF Smart Form construction system ANDROULAKIS Technology, exterior plastered, interior without drywall (raw)
Internal masonry completed with Knauf dry construction system using ANDROULAKIS Technology
Accessible or non-accessible roof, soundproofed, thermally insulated, waterproofed with ANDROULAKIS Technology
Mezzanine (in multi-storey buildings), soundproofed and waterproofed with ANDROULAKIS Technology
Interior or exterior concrete staircase (where applicable)
Covered exterior areas H.X., balconies, pergolas, where applicable, without tile coverings
