At Andoulakis Prefabricated Houses, we have created three different delivery-construction stages for clients who prefer not to receive their home at a completed stage. You have the option to receive your home at semi-finished Stage A or B and continue the completion process yourself, or we can deliver it to you turnkey!
You can choose the delivery stage based on the tasks you want to complete on your own, adjusting your costs and expanding material options.

– Urban planning study based on the cadastral survey
– Architectural Design
– 3D design of the house and the surrounding area
– Issuance of Building Permit
– Project supervision at all stages (earthworks, foundation, basement construction, surroundings, project delivery)
– Wall construction with an external thermal insulation system, Andoulakis Technology, and internal visible frame.
– Ventilated roof, Non-walkable Roof or Walkable Roof with multiple layers, sound-thermal-moisture insulation, Andoulakis Technology
– Mezzanine (in multi-story buildings) with multiple layers, sound-moisture insulation, Andoulakis Technology
– Internal or external staircase (where applicable)
– Covered external spaces, balconies, pergolas, if applicable, without tile coverings

– External windows, EUROPA aluminum thermally-insulated or PVC REHAU, white color, with double energy-efficient glass for all seasons, screens in all areas, and aluminum rolling shutters in the bedrooms.
