At Androulakis Prefabricated Homes, we have created three (3) different construction and delivery stages for clients who do not wish to receive their residence in a fully completed stage.
There is the possibility to deliver the residence at unfinished Stage A or B and for you to continue its completion, or to deliver it fully completed.
You can choose the delivery stage based on the works you wish to complete yourself, adjusting your costs and expanding the options for individual materials.
· Urban planning study according to NOK
· Architectural design
· 3D design of the residence & surrounding area
· Issuance of Building Permit
· Project supervision at all stages (earthworks – foundation – basement – surrounding area – project delivery)
· Masonry with exterior thermal façade system ANDROULAKIS Technology, interior with exposed framework
· Ventilated Roof, Non-Accessible Roof or Multi-Layer Accessible Roof, acoustic-thermal-waterproofing ANDROULAKIS Technology
· Mezzanine (in multi-storey buildings) multi-layer, acoustic-waterproofing ANDROULAKIS Technology
· Interior or exterior staircase (where applicable)
· Covered exterior areas H.X., balconies, pergolas, where applicable, without tile coverings
Not included in Stage A, only upon agreement:
· External frames, EUROPA aluminum with thermal break or PVC REHAU, white, with double energy glass for all seasons, insect screens in all spaces & heavy-duty aluminum thermal-break shutters in the bedrooms
