The company’s Architectural Engineering Department handles the entire permitting process, including the preparation of studies and the collection of all required documentation.
The supervising engineer assumes full responsibility for the construction project, with written acceptance, overseeing it from the initial permit issuance stage through to its completion.

Initially, the plot details (topographic plan) must be submitted to the department of architects and civil engineers.
Then you have the following options:
• Submit your own architectural design.
• Create a new architectural design from scratch in collaboration with our company’s architect and supervising civil engineer.
• Choose a ready-made architectural design from our company’s available proposals.
We fully manage the earthworks for your plot, including:

We handle: • Connecting the sewer pipe to the main sewage network • Complete construction of a septic tank and its connection to the household system.

At Androulakis Prefabricated Houses, we have created three different construction and delivery stages for clients who do not wish to receive their home fully completed. You can choose to receive your home at an unfinished Stage A or B and complete it yourself, or have it delivered fully finished and ready to move in! Stage 2: Design – Supervising Engineer Responsibility
• The supervising engineer is responsible for the proper completion of the project.

The construction project file includes:

Stage 4: Seismic Simulation
Each construction project is unique, with its own constraints, characteristics, and possibilities.
Even extensive seismic experiments using shake tables cannot fully guarantee the structural safety of each individual project.
For this reason, Androulakis has integrated a specialized Seismic Simulation System.
We input the architectural project with its technical specifications into the simulator and reproduce seismic conditions to test the building’s earthquake resistance.
Stage 5: Airtightness Testing
We check whether all internal surfaces and their joints are airtight.
Airtightness testing allows us to confirm the proper insulation of the building.
Stage 6: Energy Rating Certification
After project completion, an independent inspector evaluates the building’s energy rating.
Following the inspection, the corresponding certificate is issued.

Upon receiving your home keys, you will also receive three guarantee documents:
