The seismic simulation tester applies controlled vibration inputs to a structure, replicating the key characteristics of a real earthquake. We input the complete building data file along with the geological features of the plot where construction is planned. The system simulates the building’s structural behavior, enabling a thorough evaluation of seismic resilience and structural integrity before actual construction.

After countless tests on numerous constructions, utilizing state-of-the-art electronic earthquake simulation systems, ANDROULAKIS housing has developed a specialized and exclusive assembly method, providing the highest possible level of seismic protection.

For each house we design and implement, a structural adequacy study is conducted, virtual seismic simulation is performed, and the construction’s stress is evaluated in accordance with all required specifications and regulations.

Each ANDROULAKIS house is a unique case; therefore, a complete and thorough inspection is carried out to determine the appropriate method of assembly and reinforcement of the load-bearing structure, with full scientific documentation.

Unfortunately, in the Greek territory, the only physical seismic table available at the Polytechnic University cannot accommodate constructions larger than a single room. Therefore, any experiment conducted on it cannot realistically replicate actual conditions.

For this reason, our company has chosen, in the field of seismic analysis, to implement a virtual seismic experiment simulator, which is based on American technology and can simulate extremely large-scale structures under seismic vibration conditions.
